Our recent stay at Leylands Annexe was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas and visit charming country pubs. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The property itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gardens were beautiful and added to the overall charm of the place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Plus, the Annexe was much bigger than expected and had a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and even essential ingredients provided. The attention to detail was impressive. We also appreciated the abundance of brochures and information about nearby attractions. Despite the unfortunate weather, which was out of anyone's control, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawbacks we encountered were the uncomfortable settee and the bed that didn't quite suit our preferences, but this may vary for others. we highly recommend Leylands Annexe for its welcoming atmosphere, superb facilities, and great value for money.

The Annexe was fully equipped, with a kitchen that had every utensil imaginable and essential ingredients in the cupboards. The local produce in the fridge was a wonderful touch. It was much bigger than it appeared in the photos, and the location couldn't have been better. The brochures of local attractions provided in the Annexe were a fantastic addition.
There was absolutely nothing not to like about our stay. Lyn, the owner, was incredibly friendly and took great care of us.
